Only fresh products of the highest quality are used in the preparation of our meals. Great meals begin with a great supply chain. Product selection, storage, packaging and transportation are all key to a great remote site meal.

Warehouses and transports are supplies required to provide catering and Housekeeping services. Local goods have specific packaging requirements, meat, poultry and seafood in a frozen state.

Frozen goods remain frozen from the original supply source to the time they are received at our remote job sites; these frozen are packaged and delivered with our modern DNV offshore certified containers. Dry goods are pulled and packaged based on the requisitions sent in from the remote locations. Produce and Dairy items are stored, packaged and staged in a chiller that maintains a temperature of +3 C. All goods are checked for quality and accuracy of pulling when placed in the staging area.

We provide self-contained (with generator) certified freezer, Chiller and Dry Storage containers designed to safely transport food supplies between our warehouse and our customers remote locations or remote dock sites.

We own and operates a fleet of refrigerated delivery trucks, vans and flatbed trucks designed to facilitate the transport of supplies between our warehouses and our customer dock sites or camp sites.
